Tuna Fried Rice

Here is a recipe that is cheap and quick to make during those days when your time is short and your family is hungry.

Ingredients

* 1 can 5 oz chunk tuna
* 2 – 3 cups mixed vegetables (corn, carrots, peas, beans)
* 1 1/2 cups rice
Picture of tuna fried rice* onion (chopped)
* 2 cloves garlic (minced
* olive oil
* 1 tsp Maggie Magic Sarap (optional)
* salt
* pepper
* feta or your choice of cheese

Directions

1. Cook 1 1/2 cups of rice. Set aside.
2. Drain the liquid in the can of tuna.
3. Heat pan and put olive oil.
4. Put onion and garlic.
5. Once garlic is lightly brown and onion is transparent,add the mixed vegetables.Cook for 5 mins.
6. Then add the tuna. Cook for a couple of minutes.
7. Add the cooked steamed rice. Mixed well.
8. Then add the Maggie Magic Sarap.
9. Taste and season with salt and pepper if necessary.
10. Serve hot. Top with cheese.

Try this one tonight. Your family will love it.
