Registered on December 12, 1994 as a Philippine-company engaged in the operation of hospitals and other health care facilities in the Philippines, Asian Hospital, Inc. embarked on a breakthrough project through its wholly owned subsidiary, Health Care Properties, Inc. — the Asian Hospital and Medical Center .
Completed in 2002, with operations starting on March 15 that same year, Asian Hospital and Medical Center is the first facility of its kind in the country. It provides a caring and comprehensive health care that respects life and celebrates it.

Their Hospital and Medical Office Buildings are interconnected by covered walkways, underground car park, and two sky bridges overlooking the lush country surroundings and panorama of the city structures. One sky bridge is for the public and the other is used only for the direct transport of patients 
from the outpatient surgical facilities to the hospital surgical centers. This same principle applies to the elevators: some are for the visitors and non-patients; and some are dedicated to patients.
To maintain their world-class tertiary patient care, Asian Hospital ’s service structure includes a 24-hour Emergency services complex, eight (8) operating theaters and forty one (41) intensive care beds. The Hospital’s Cardiovascular Surgery Services offers some of the new innovative technology and procedures in cardiovascular surgery. In addition, the hospital has a cardiac catheterization laboratory & cardiac rehabilitation services, outpatient & inpatient hemodialysis services, eye diagnostics & laser center, hearing unit, dermatology laser & light center, woman’s health care center, and bone marrow transplant program.
